They do have some dental coverage which many plans do not have.

There are many discounts that are added consecutively under the Direct Insurance Line Pet Plans.

When researching Direct line pet insurance, I found their website to be hard to follow and they have a lot of ‘fine print’ that you need to be aware of. This page will explain as many of these that I could find so that you can know what you’re covered for.

When getting insurance with Direct line, your pet must be healthy when it starts the plan.

You must call Direct Line Pet Insurance before going to the vet, if not possible, you must contact Direct Insurance Line Pet right after going to vet, otherwise your claim may not be covered.

Direct Line Pet Insurance may need a vets opinion to find out what is wrong with the vet before they will pay.

For traveling coverage with them, if you travel to a second address in Europe, be careful with this company as you can only go for three 30 day periods, however if multiple periods are at the same address it may be considered an extended trip and not covered because you are staying at the same address every time you go.

Direct line Pet Insurance ’s website is very slow. I found it complicated and the plans are not shown side by side, so it is difficult to completely understand all of their plans.

Direct line Pet Insurance offers 2 plans that are low priced however they have many restrictions. Keep reading below to find out more or check out other UK pet insurance companies.

Please, Leave a review! We’d love to hear what you think of the Pet Insurance you use.
