Terrible service and increase of fees of more than 80%

I had the premium plan and I had a terrible experience. First it took us approximately 3 months to be able to receive payment of our claims. Second, they increased my fees from 63.5 to 119, they claimed that they sent a letter informing me, however I did not receive it. When I called to understand why they were charging more in my credit card, they were super rude.

Sounds like they really jacked up the prices for you!!! from 63 to almost 120/month! Thats almost double!
